Basic SWAT Course - 2nd Block
June 1st - 5th; start time 8am (Price $575)
The Basic SWAT Course hosted by TOG is designed for individuals who have been recently assigned to SWAT and have not completed basic SWAT Training. Students will be introduced and instructed in basic SWAT Tactics and techniques. This course is dynamic and will require the students’ participation both in and out of the classroom.
LAST DAY TO REGISTER IS May 11, 2026 (call if you miss the cutoff date). Any cancellation must be received 30 days prior to the start date. Any cancellation after this period will incur the full cost of the registration, unless otherwise approved by TOG.

• Tactics used to resolve a barricaded gunman situation
• High Risk Warrant Service
• Diversionary Device Overview
• Building Entry/ Ballistic Shield FAM
• Building Clearing
• Perimeter and Containment Issues
• Tactical Medical Considerations
EQUIPMENT NEEDED & PROPER ATTIRE:
• Eye & Ear Protection
• Pen & Paper
• Gas Mask w/ appropriate filter
• Gloves (leather, Nomex, Kevlar or a combination)
• Glasses (if you wear contacts)
• Towel and/or change of clothes (for OC contamination & CS exposure drills)
• Hydration source
• Sunscreen-suggested
• State/Government ID-suggested
