Project Scope & Objectives: “Commander’s Intent”
Provide professional instruction unique to protective security details (PSD) in a potentially high threat environment to high-risk personnel. Program will incorporate current tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP’s), reality-based scenarios, and evaluation processes by qualified and experienced training staff.
The program is designed to train up to 15-advanced, basic, or inexperience Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) in protective security operations to directly support or augment adjacent teams. On arrival, training agenda and venue will be a “turnkey” operation, providing services and necessary skill sets, methodologies, philosophy, and doctrine critical to the safeguard mission. The program shall commence with four dynamic 8-hour days from 19 – 22 October 2026.
Objective is to immerse Officers, Sheriff Deputies, Special Agents, Troopers, Military personnel, and Security Professionals into a dynamic but comprehensive curriculum to ensure they are cognitively equipped with a winning mindset. Having professionals mentally prepared will undoubtedly enhance the overall defensive strategy when encountering terrorist and criminal initiatives, foreign and domestic. The program shall include, but not limited to:

Lastly, personnel will be administered the Department of State (DOS) Pistol and Rifle Qualification course of fire (COF) to determine suitability to perform “live fire” drills and events. Personnel are required to demonstrate and achieve a minimum of 80% for both weapon systems and demonstrate safe weapon handling throughout the 4-day course. Cerberus Defense International instructor cadre reserves the right to either remediate, remove, and or terminate any student who engages and or demonstrates any act that does not comply or adhere to sound weapons’ handling, safety rules, safety protocols, directives, and procedures.
